Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth in our HVAC division.

You’ll build relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers, design tailored HVAC solutions, and win projects across RTUs, VRF, and IAQ offerings. You’ll manage your territory with autonomy, close significant deals, and collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and design teams to ensure quotes convert to installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 2–3 years proven sales experience in HVAC or related technical field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to translate jobsite needs into effective HVAC solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage contractors, design-build firms, and engineers; uncover bidding opportunities.
• Sell across full HVAC portfolio (RTUs, VRF, IAQ) with tailored solutions.
• Prepare precise take-offs, develop competitive bids, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Represent Plumbers Supply Co. at industry events and grow regional network.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Residential HVAC, and Operations for a seamless customer experience.
