Job summary

Go Abacus is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the HR department, guide recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliant people practices. • 5+ years of experience in HR or talent roles.
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance practices.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
• Experience implementing process standards and designing trainings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through.
