Job summary

Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking a District Office leader for Human Capital IT. The role manages data integrity for HCIS, leads HCIS Specialists, and partners with Oracle Fusion and OTBI stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data and compliant reporting.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (or progress toward one) and extensive experience with HCIS and related ERP modules, with a focus on process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, HR, and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; commitment to finish a bachelor's within two years.
• At least eight years of relevant full‑time professional experience.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Oracle reporting tools, such as Oracle OTBI.
• Ability to interact with diverse constituencies and convey complicated information with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify employee data in the ERP system to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare advanced data analyses and routine reports to assess transaction flow and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Oversee auditing of HCIS data and respond to internal and external auditors.
