Job summary

Kforce Inc. in New York City seeks a Director of HR Process Transformation & PM to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, drive process improvements, and manage complex HR projects.

The role partners with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable HR processes and optimize operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR knowledge with project management expertise, delivering strategic programs and organizational change at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR/Business/Organizational Development)
• 7+ years in HR Operations/Transformation/PM or related fields
• Experience leading large-scale transformation or org change initiatives
• Strong PM experience with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience with HR systems and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation initiatives focused on process optimization and employee experience.
• Manage complex HR and cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business leaders to identify improvements.
• Redesign HR workflows, policies, and service delivery models.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risks.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes/tech.
• Establish governance, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation opportunities.
• Support HR technology implementations and system optimization.
• Prepare executive reporting and leadership presentations.
• Lead and develop project teams; ensure on-time delivery within scope.
