Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management or process transformation leadership.
• Experience in HR operations, HRIS, or BPM.
• Experience managing system implementations or HR technology transformations.
• Oracle Fusion experience is required.
• Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans for Job Requisition creation and HR Data Management (HRDM) process transitions.
• Develop integrated timelines covering training, milestones, resources, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with TA Operations, HRDM, Immigration/Global Mobility, and international teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead project management for International Pending Hires, including case tracking, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution.
• Establish governance processes, including status reporting, escalation pathways, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and SOPs for transitioned HRDM processes and Job Requisition creation in Oracle Fusion.
• Design and execute knowledge transfer strategies, including training, shadowing, support periods, and readiness criteria.

Job description

We are looking for a Director, HR Process Transformation & Project Management to lead HR process transitions, project planning, governance, and HR data management initiatives. This role will focus on Job Requisition creation, HRDM process transitions, international pending hires, Oracle Fusion, and structured knowledge transfer across HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Pay range:$120 /hr on w2 to $127/hr on w2

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end project plans for Job Requisition creation and HR Data Management (HRDM) process transitions.
• Develop integrated timelines covering training, milestones, resources, knowledge transfer, go-live readiness, and risk mitigation.

• SAP SuccessFactors or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
