Job summary

Ichor Systems is seeking a proactive Manager of HR Analytics and Workforce Intelligence to design and scale our people analytics capability. This role leads a build-from-scratch function across multiple locations and collaborates with IT and HR to implement governance, automation, and real-time insights for enterprise decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings deep HR analytics experience, expert Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record of turning data into strategic, actionable insights

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related HR analytics experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s.
• Experience across multi-functions within HR (e.g., HR Generalist, COE, HR Operations).
• Expert in Advanced Excel and proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
• Proven experience building analytical solutions from scratch across the HR portfolio.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into data models and insights.
• Experience working with sensitive/confidential data with high integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with data to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise dashboards and analytics focused on headcount, workforce mix, hiring trends, attrition, and mobility.
• Develop monthly compensation insights: cost of labor, pay positioning, and equity indicators.
• Own data modeling, standardized metrics, and insight delivery for decision enablement.
• Establish data integrity and governance, define HR data definitions globally.
• Partner with IT and HR to improve upstream data quality and system integrations.
• Translate business questions into data-driven answers for executives and leaders.
• Deliver both operational dashboards and executive summaries across the organization.
