Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking an HR Data & Analytics Manager to lead data management for HR processes, compensation programs, and AI-driven improvements. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to drive strategic decisions.

The role focuses on data integrity, observability, and the use of R, Python, Power BI, and AI tools to provide actionable HR insights for executives. The position is based in the United States with a global scope.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, validating, organizing, and interpreting HR data.
• Strong scripting/automation capabilities and data modeling expertise.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data governance for dashboards and reports.
• Experience with BI tools and data pipelines; ability to partner with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and update HR data related to performance, compensation, and HR metrics.
• Develop HR dashboards and automated reports for senior leadership.
• Create data models (star schemas) for performant dashboards.
• Audit pipelines, ensure data integrity, and monitor observability.
• Integrate AI / LLMs (Glean, OpenAI, Claude) into HR workflows.
• Support compensation, performance, and workforce planning data needs.
• Collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, and leadership to drive analytics strategy.
