Qualifications
- Experience with HR data analytics and reporting in a global org.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for data pipelines.
- Strong data modeling, dashboards, and BI engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain HR data related to performance, compensation, and other metrics.
- Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, R/Python; enable executive insights.
- Develop data models (star schemas) and data pipelines; ensure data quality and observability.
- Integrate data from UKG, Pave, and other HR systems; maintain source of truth.
- Present insights to HR leadership and stakeholders; support compensation and workforce planning.
