Job summary

Sun Hospitality Resort Services in North Myrtle Beach is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead resort housekeeping operations, ensuring inspection‑ready rooms and consistent quality in line with Sun Hospitality standards.

You will build staffing, coach teams, manage payroll and inventory, and partner with resort leadership to resolve guest concerns quickly while staying hands‑on on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hospitality management experience.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with Sun Hospitality SOPs.
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug‑free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling to MPOR/payroll targets.
• Daily team huddles and coaching.
• Conducting evaluations and payroll status changes on time.
• Maintaining service billing and payroll records.
• Completing room inspection reporting and action plans.
• Monitoring supplies, inventories, and ordering.
• Partnering with resort leadership to address guest concerns quickly.
• Serving as a hands‑on leader who can step into site operations when needed.
