A Typical Shift

You’ll clock in, connect briefly with the team on priorities, then move through the property keeping an eye on presentation and guest flow. Between quick check-ins over the radio and friendly guest interactions, you’ll rotate through different areas as needs change - sometimes steady routines, sometimes a burst of activity around arrivals. You’ll wrap up by confirming key areas look guest-ready for the next wave, handing off notes so the next shift can pick up smoothly.
