Middletown-Hotel-Management is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department, supervise staff, and coordinate cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to meet high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires directing daily activities, training associates, controlling costs, and maintaining communication with management and front desk to ensure smooth operation. Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Trains all associates in the Housekeeping Department.
• Schedules, evaluates and directs all personnel.
• Keeps “open communications” between management and associates.
• Provides disciplinary action when and if necessary.
• Provides associates with the tools they need to perform their jobs.
• Takes immediate actions on problems that are encountered in the Housekeeping Department.

Responsabilités

• Inspects guest rooms and all public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Directs daily activities of the Housekeeping staff and follows the activity sheet.
• Prepares weekly payroll forecasts and maintains budgeted goals.
• Maintains inventory and records of supplies, purchases, and invoices.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates housekeeping staff; conducts reviews and disciplinary actions.
