Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to oversee all Housekeeping and Laundry functions, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and cost control while fostering a positive associate environment.

You will supervise staff, monitor payroll, and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to keep rooms ready and public areas at peak condition, with duties including uniforms, Lost and Found, and key control program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and special events.
• 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or 1 year as a Housekeeping Manager, hospitality preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED / College Degree preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and have the ability to Multi-task.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs, and coordinates all functions of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
• Maintains standards of cleanliness and guest experience while executing Omni Hotels facility standards.
• Monitor payroll and labor costs for Housekeeping and Laundry to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure rooms are available for sale and with Engineering for peak operation of guest areas.
• Oversee uniforms, Lost and Found, and key control programs.
• Ensure standard operating procedures and interdepartmental communication are effective and timely.
