Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring Omni standards and guest satisfaction across rooms and public spaces. You’ll support scheduling, inventories, cost controls, and staff development while partnering with Front Desk and Engineering.

Qualified candidates bring supervisory experience in a full-service hotel, strong leadership, and excellent English communication to maintain high cleanliness and guest

Qualifications

• Prior Housekeeping Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Supervisory experience in upscale, full-service hotel environment strongly preferred.
• Exceptional knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventories, turndown service, VIP guest needs, inspections, safety and health standards.
• Must demonstrate leadership, delegation, training, and staff development abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, personalized guest service and responds promptly to inquiries and complaints.
• Resolves difficult guest problems while maintaining good guest relationships.
• Maintains open communication with all departments and guests to ensure consistent service.
• Assists with opening/PM shift, turnover, uniforms, purchasing, scheduling and payroll cost controls.
• Oversees Housemen and Laundry Department functions and maintains inventories.
• Supports energy conservation efforts and upholds Omni standards of cleanliness.
