You will lead a team, ensure safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• One to two years of post-high school education.
• Experience required by position is from one to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Knowledge/Skills include self-starting personality, appearance, and guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct, interview, hire, and counsel housekeeping staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assign room duties.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper in hiring and supervision.
• Monitor staff productivity and recommend promotions as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across rooms and public areas.
