Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MHA, MBA or MS) strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of pharmacy strategy across Orlando Health.
• Lead inpatient and hospital-based outpatient pharmacy operations and programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality/safety metrics.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders and physicians to optimize pharmacy services.
• Manage budgeting, capital planning, and financial performance for pharmacy.
