Job summary
AdventHealth in Columbus, NC, seeks a Pharmacy Operations Leader to direct staffing, training and regulatory compliance for hospital pharmacy services. You will coordinate with campus leadership to resolve medication-related issues, optimize utilization, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
- Pharmacy doctorate required.
- Master’s degree preferred in health admin, pharmacy, or healthcare leadership.
- Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.
- Experience with hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage staffing, hiring, terminations, evaluations and coaching for pharmacy staff.
- Schedule employees to meet productivity targets and department objectives.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to resolve medication-related issues and implement campus strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee medication distribution, utilization and budgeting.
