Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required (Doctor of Pharmacy).
• Must be licensed as a pharmacist by the Florida Board of Pharmacy or obtain license within 4 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical pharmacy services at the designated practice site.
• Plan, organize, execute, and monitor clinical pharmacy services to improve patient care while using resources.
• Coordinate activities to ensure clinical services meet patient needs and community served.
• Document clinical activities for management and accreditation.
• Maintain a clinical practice including pharmacotherapy plans and physician consultations.
• Support education and training of pharmacists and performance management.
• Coach and develop Clinical Pharmacy Specialists or other Pharmacy team members at the site.
• Participate in employee selection processes.
• Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs for clinical pharmacy services.
• Participate on multidisciplinary committees.
• Manage HR functions including hiring, assignments, coaching, and performance counseling.
• Maintain regular attendance per Orlando Health policies.
