Job summary
Principal Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to provide strategic operational leadership across system-wide services. This Senior Director role oversees operations across acute, ambulatory, infusion, retail, specialty, and long-term care settings within a regional health system.
The role partners with clinical and operational leaders to standardize practices, align priorities, and support growth of pharmacy services, including technology, 340B, and continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience within a health system or similar setting.
- 5+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience within a health system.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across system-wide pharmacy services.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders across multiple pharmacy settings.
- Drive operational excellence, standardization, and high-reliability practices.
- Lead pharmacy technology, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Support 340B operations and compliance.
- Strengthen business continuity and operational readiness.
- Develop pharmacy leaders and teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and service.
- Support the continued growth and evolution of pharmacy services across the health system.
