Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery or warehouse operations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead third-party carrier providers.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Word and Excel.

• Lead RH's vision and deliver operational excellence across functions.
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports.
• Oversee daily workflow and deliverables.
