RH is seeking a Senior Leader to guide vision and drive operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery. You will inspire a team, manage P&L, and align delivery experiences with RH’s luxury client standards.

You will coach direct reports, oversee daily workflows, and partner with vendors to meet KPIs while ensuring top-tier customer service across an assigned geographic area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery, warehouse operations, or similar field.
• Adept at hiring, training, coaching and executing all facets of employee performance.
• Knowledge of business processes such as profit and loss and margins.
• Strong written and oral skills with multi-functional collaboration.
• Relentless passion for world-class service.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to visit clients in assigned territory.
• Background, MVR and drug screen may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead RH's vision and deliver operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions.
• Assess, coach, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Direct and oversee daily workflow and deliverables across all functions.
• Own P&L management and accountability with regular analysis and reporting.
• Align home delivery with RH's luxury client experience.
• Oversee performance of home delivery and logistics vendors against KPIs.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure standards.
• Address and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly.
