Job summary

RH is seeking a Home Delivery Lead to coach and mentor a team delivering warehouse and home delivery operations. This role focuses on safety, accuracy, and customer experience as part of RH's distribution ecosystem.

The successful candidate will drive daily workload planning, ensure compliance with laws, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our facility, aligning with RH's values and vision.

Qualifications

• Sense of teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail in your work.
• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Excellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates.
• Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology.
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

• Assume responsibility of departmental goals including inventory control through cycle counts and participate in achieving goals on a daily basis.

As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive mannerExcellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates
• Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery
• Must pass background and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs.
