RH in Charlotte, NC seeks a Home Delivery Lead to coach and mentor a warehouse team, driving operational excellence across delivery functions and inventory control. You will promote safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while aligning with RH values and standards.

You will lead daily workload planning, train associates, and ensure accurate records and reporting, contributing to elevated service levels and a best-in-class delivery experience.

Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• RF scanning experience preferred; ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner
• Excellent communication skills; experience training and coaching associates
• Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology
• Ability to monitor, maintain, and operate equipment and machinery
• Must pass background and drug screen

• Participate in establishing department and associate-specific goals, including: productivity, quality, personal growth and professional development
• Assume responsibility of departmental goals including inventory control through cycle counts and participate in achieving goals on a daily basis

As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and mobilize items from at least 75 lbs.
