Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of High Voltage to lead its construction business unit. The successful candidate will have P&L accountability and will ensure the safe, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of high voltage projects, including substations and transmission lines.

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment while managing a talented team and overseeing critical customer and utility relationships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage / substation / transmission construction.
• Proven track record delivering complex HV projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.
• Experience managing long-lead-item procurement risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage the HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Direct execution across a multi-project HV portfolio.
