Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President of High Voltage to lead its construction business unit, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of utility-scale high voltage projects. This senior leadership role is responsible for P&L management, operational strategy, and cross-business collaboration across a dynamic and growing portfolio.

With a focus on safety and quality, the role requires 15+ years of relevant experience and offers the flexibility of a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage / substation / transmission construction.
• Demonstrated senior operational leadership over a construction business unit.
• Expertise in safety protocols, including NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage the HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Drive delivery of HV projects on schedule and budget.
