SOLV Energy is spearheading the search for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of High Voltage to oversee its high voltage construction business. This leadership position ensures all projects are completed safely and effectively, with a strong focus on maintaining budget and schedule.

With over 15 years in high voltage and substation construction, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional P&L management skills and establish a safety-first culture. The role is fully remote with significant responsibilities across multiple utility-scale solar projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage construction.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership over a construction unit.
• Strong command of substation and transmission line construction.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Champion an industry-leading HV safety culture.
