Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President of High Voltage to lead the High Voltage construction business unit, responsible for the P&L and ensuring successful delivery of high voltage projects across the country.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in high voltage construction and is proficient in managing utility relationships. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility for candidates across the United States.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated senior operational leadership over a construction business unit or large portfolio.
• Expert-level HV safety leadership (NFPA 70E, arc flash, LOTO, energized work).

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Direct execution across multi-project HV portfolio.
• Ensure safety performance and compliance with all regulations.
