Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated senior operational leadership experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of HV safety protocols.
• Experience in renewable EPC interconnection scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Direct execution across multi-project HV portfolio.
• Champion industry-leading HV safety culture.
