Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for an SVP of High Voltage to lead their construction business unit. This role involves full P&L accountability for delivering various high voltage projects and requires a deep technical command and extensive experience in high voltage construction.

With a commitment to safety and quality, the SVP will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive project success. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership over large portfolios.
• Proven track record in delivering HV projects safely and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Direct execution across multi-project HV portfolio.
• Champion an industry-leading HV safety culture.
