Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for a Senior Vice President of High Voltage to oversee their HV construction business unit. You'll be responsible for full P&L oversight of utility-scale projects, ensuring safe delivery and managing customer relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in high-voltage construction, you will be the senior relationship owner with utilities and responsible for scaling the HV organization. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated leadership over a construction business unit.
• Expert knowledge of larger utility-scale project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High Voltage business unit with full P&L accountability.
• Manage HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Ensure safety and quality in all HV projects.
