Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President of High Voltage to lead its construction business with full P&L accountability. This role involves managing multiple HV projects while ensuring safety and quality adherence. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in high voltage construction and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage / substation / transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership over a construction business unit or large portfolio.
• Experience managing long-lead-item procurement risk and equipment supply chain constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action discipline on project variances.
