Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Proven leadership in managing large scale construction business units.
• Expertise in HV safety protocols, interconnection processes, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the High Voltage business unit to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all projects.
• Build and scale the HV team to meet demand.
