Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Vice President of High Voltage to lead the HV construction business unit, with full P&L accountability for delivering substations, switchyards, and transmission lines. This leadership role involves strategic planning, operational execution, and enhancing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in utility-scale projects and will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality in all HV operations, while adopting a fully remote work model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage / substation / transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L or senior operational leadership over a construction business unit.
• Deep technical command of high voltage safety regulations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the High Voltage business unit with full accountability for P&L.
• Manage a multi-project HV portfolio ensuring on-time delivery.
• Champion an industry-leading HV safety culture and ensure adherence to regulations.
