Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an experienced SVP of High Voltage to lead their construction business unit. You will be responsible for the safe and budget-conscious delivery of utility-scale HV projects while managing customer and utility relationships.

This role requires 15+ years in HV construction, demonstrated P&L leadership, and expertise in safety standards. The position is fully remote and offers a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in high voltage/substation/transmission construction.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership over a construction business unit.
• Expert-level HV safety leadership (NFPA 70E, arc flash, LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the High Voltage business unit.
• Manage HV estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective-action discipline.
