SOLV Energy is seeking an SVP of High Voltage to lead its construction business unit. This role holds full P&L accountability and is responsible for managing the delivery of substations, transmission lines, and high voltage projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high voltage/substation construction.
• Demonstrated senior operational leadership in construction.
• Expert-level HV safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for High Voltage business unit.
• Direct execution across multi-project HV portfolio.
• Champion HV safety culture with strict adherence to protocols.
