Pacira BioSciences, Inc. seeks an Executive Director, HEOR and Value to lead its integrated evidence strategy.

You will define priorities, direct HEOR data investments, and ensure rigorous methodologies across real-world and economic evidence to support access and adoption of Pacira assets. As a senior Medical Affairs leader, you will partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, and Clinical Development to align value evidence with payer needs and lifecycle planning,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, health services research, or related field.
• Doctoral degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 15+ years of pharma/biotech/healthcare experience with HEOR/RWE.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR strategy and integrated evidence roadmap across products and pipeline assets.
• Direct economic, real-world evidence, cost-effectiveness, and budget impact studies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align evidence priorities with payer needs.
• Guide Phase II/III and postmarketing evidence plans with Clinical Development and Market Access.
• Mentor HEOR professionals and manage external partnerships and data resources.
