CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for the Health100 App - Digital Product to guide the strategic direction and open platform benefits experience for employer and payer clients. You will lead multiple product teams through ideation, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement to improve adoption and member experience.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design leaders to deliver value, apply user-centric principles, and use insights to drive decisions across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years defining and executing product roadmaps for large-scale consumer or B2B digital products.
• 7+ years collaborating with engineering and design to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• 7+ years of data-driven prioritization and stakeholder influence.
• 5+ years in an agile environment leading decentralized teams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for Health100 App partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Ensure intuitive, engaging user experiences through design principles.
• Incorporate voice of the customer insights into digital solutions.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, patients, internal teams, and leaders.
• Report OKRs, roadmaps, and progress regularly.
