Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for the Health100 App to steer the strategic direction of the open platform benefits experience for employer and payer clients. You will guide multiple product teams to launch and evolve digital products that boost adoption and member satisfaction.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and design leaders to deliver impactful solutions, while owning the roadmap, OKRs, and delivery velocity in agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of defining and executing product roadmaps for large-scale digital products.
- 7+ years leading and collaborating with engineering and design teams.
- 7+ years leveraging data and customer insights to drive prioritization and outcomes.
- 5+ years in an agile environment with decentralized teams.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for Health100 App’s open platform benefits experience.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and improvement.
- Ensure intuitive, seamless user experiences through user-centric design.
- Capture customer voice, identify insights, and propose digital solutions.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, patients, internal teams, and leaders.
