Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic Lead Director for the Health100 App to drive the open platform benefits experience for employer and payer clients. You will lead multiple product teams to develop, launch, and evolve digital solutions that improve member adoption and satisfaction.

You will partner with product, engineering and design leaders to turn customer insights into impactful features, manage roadmaps and OKRs, and mentor high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• 7+ years defining and executing product roadmaps for large-scale consumer or B2B digital products.
• 7+ years leveraging data and customer insights to drive prioritization and measure outcomes.
• At least 5 years in an agile environment with decentralized teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap and vision for the Health100 App's open platform benefits experience including employer and payer client partnerships.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Ensure digital products deliver intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences through user-centric design principles.
• Capture the voice of the customer and propose digital solutions based on insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Regularly report on OKRs, roadmaps, and progress toward year-end goals.
• Identify efficiencies to accelerate time-to-value for customers in agile ceremonies and product delivery.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
