Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director for the Health100 App to define and execute the strategic roadmap for open platform benefits, partnering with employer and payer clients. You will drive multi-team delivery, shape the member experience, and elevate digital solutions across the app.

The role requires 7+ years in product leadership, strong collaboration with engineering and design, and a data-driven approach to prioritization.

Qualifications

7+ years defining product roadmaps and strategies for large-scale consumer or B2B digital products.
7+ years leading and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
7+ years analyzing data and customer insights to drive prioritization and influence stakeholders.
5+ years in an agile environment with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap and vision for Health100 App’s open platform.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
Ensure intuitive, seamless user experiences through user-centric design principles.
Capture the voice of the customer, identify insights and propose digital solutions.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
Foster a culture of continuous discovery and evidence-based decision making.
Regularly report on OKRs and progress toward goals.
Identify efficiencies to accelerate time-to-value in agile ceremonies.
Manage and develop high-performing teams through feedback and coaching.
