Lantern is seeking a Director of Solutions Architecture for Health Plans to act as a trusted advisor and solutions leader. This role applies deep health plan expertise to design scalable, integrated solutions and guide go-to-market and implementation strategies across multiple regions.

The position is hybrid with offices in Dallas, New York, and Vancouver, requiring collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimize partner programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare, health plans, or health tech with solutioning experience.
• Experience with health plans and ecosystem partners (TPAs, PBMs, risk-bearing entities).
• Proven track record as a strategic partner to sales and product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Health Plan Sales to drive and win new business.
• Design creative, scalable solutions and integration strategies for health plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify infrastructure needs for growth.
• Manage intake processes for new growth initiatives and escalations.
