Lyra Health seeks a strategic Solutions Director to own health-plan/health-system solutions from development to lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Finance to commercialize our services technology and solve critical business problems.

In this role you’ll define packaging and pricing, influence product roadmaps, and craft compelling positioning and ROI arguments for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a strategic enterprise B2B tech/healthcare role.
• Experience defining and launching complex solutions with software and services.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define, package, and price health solutions with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Develop GTM positioning and enablement materials for sales and pre-sales.
• Define and track KPIs; drive lifecycle management from launch to renewal.
