Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the vision and roadmap across data exchange platforms and APIs. You will lead a team of Product Owners and align strategy with regulatory requirements and customer needs to improve healthcare connectivity.

You will partner with Engineering, Clinical Informatics and executives to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that boost patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, healthcare tech, informatics, or interoperability.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare portfolios.
• 4+ years with HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA or related frameworks.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, APIs, and data products.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement and measure ROI.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Architecture, and clinical teams.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate direction and gather feedback.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
