Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define vision, strategy and roadmaps for healthcare data exchange across platforms and APIs.

You will lead a 4-5 person Product team, collaborate across engineering, informatics, customer success and leadership, and translate market needs into scalable, compliant solutions that improve connectivity and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Healthcare Technology, Health Informatics, or Interoperability Solutions.
• 5+ years leading product teams and complex healthcare technology portfolios.
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, platform, API, or healthcare data products.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, including HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, CDA, X12, TEFCA, and related healthcare data exchange technologies.
• 4+ years demonstrated success developing product strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 3+ year of experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, data platforms, and healthcare integration technologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, roadmap development, market analysis, and portfolio prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and ROI analyses to support product initiatives.
• Define product KPIs and measure performance through adoption, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Clinical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Engage directly with customers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Serve as the executive product leader for interoperability initiatives across the organization.
