Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Director of Product Management for Health Data Interoperability to define the product vision and roadmap. You will lead a team of 4–5 Product Owners and drive interoperability platforms, APIs, and safer data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem.
The role collaborates with engineering, clinical informatics, and executive leadership to translate market needs into scalable solutions that improve connectivity, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management or related fields.
- 5+ years leading product teams in healthcare tech.
- 4+ years with interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term product strategy and roadmap for health data interoperability solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Informatics, Customer Success, and Leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Engage with customers and healthcare organizations to gather feedback and validate direction.
