Job summary

Synopsys is seeking an experienced Product/Program Manager to own end-to-end HAV program management for next-gen ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping systems. You will translate MRDs/PRDs into executable plans and drive cross-functional teams across hardware and software to meet customer timelines.

You will partner with Product Management and field teams to align execution with deployments, manage risks, and drive delivery quality.

Qualifications

15+ years in product and/or program management in HW/SW domains.
Strong understanding of hardware/software flows and complex HW/SW systems.
Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional programs on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical program management for Hardware-Assisted Verification platforms (HAV).
Translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans, milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with account/field teams, product engineering and stakeholders to align with customer engagements and deployment timelines.
Drive cross-functional core teams across HW, SW, Manufacturing Operations and GTM to deliver features within cost targets and schedules.
Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation and execution dashboards.
Drive release readiness across hardware, software, licensing, documentation and enablement with go/no-go reviews.
Continuously improve execution rigor, scalability and operational excellence across HAV programs.
