Job summary

Synopsys Inc in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a senior product/program manager to drive end-to-end HAV programs, focusing on ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping. You will translate MRDs/PRDs into executable plans, milestones, and deliverables, and align with field teams, engineering, and go‑to‑market efforts.

You’ll own program planning, risk mitigation, dashboards, and release readiness, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality execution across hardware and software platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product and/or program management.
• Experience in EDA, semiconductors, systems, or system software.
• BS in EE, CS, CE; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical program management for Hardware-Assisted Verification (HAV) platforms, with focus on ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping systems.
• Translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with account, field, product engineering, and internal stakeholders to align execution with customer engagements and deployment timelines.
• Drive cross-functional core teams across hardware and software engineering, Manufacturing Operations and GTM teams to deliver features and platforms against cost targets and timelines.
• Own program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking, including dashboards.
• Drive release readiness across hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement, including go/no-go reviews.
• Continuously improve execution rigor, scalability, and operational excellence across HAV programs.

• Collaborate with account and field teams, product engineering teams and internal stakeholders to align execution withcustomer engagements, early access/lead customer engagement programs, and deployment timelines.
• Drive cross‑functional core teams acrosshardware and software engineering, Manufacturing Operations and the go‑to‑market teamsto deliver committed features and platforms against clear cost targets and timelines
• Ownprogram planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution tracking, including creation and maintenance of execution dashboards.
• Driverelease readinessacross hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement, including go/no‑go reviews.
• Continuously improveexecution rigor, scalability, and operational excellenceacross HAV programs.
