Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced product and/or program manager to lead end-to-end hardware/software HAV programs, focusing on ZeBu emulation and HAPS prototyping.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product and/or program management in EDA/semiconductors.
• Experience leading cross-functional HW/SW programs.
• BS in EE/CS/CE; MS preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate MRDs/PRDs into executable plans.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs on time with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical program management for HAV platforms, including ZeBu and HAPS.
• Translate MRDs and PRDs into executable program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with account/field teams and product engineering to align execution with deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, operations, and GTM to meet cost targets and timelines.
• Own program planning, risk mitigation, and execution dashboards.
• Drive release readiness across hardware, software, licensing, documentation, and enablement.
