Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead its central PMO and NPI programs from concept to launch. You will mentor five program managers, own the phase-gate process, and drive aggressive schedules with evidence-based status.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the COO in our Operations group, delivering high-quality, on-time product introductions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to align portfolio priorities,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering connected hardware through EVT, DVT, PVT and production.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and ODM partners in Asia is a plus.
• Strong schedule discipline with risk tracking and evidence-based status.
• Clear, direct communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO with a team of program managers to run complex, cross-functional hardware programs.
• Own Bevi's phase gate process and ensure go/no-go decisions with documented inputs.
• Develop aggressive, credible schedules and track progress weekly with the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to hit target quality, cost and supply readiness.
