Bevi is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead its central PMO and drive rapid, predictable hardware NPI programs from concept to launch. You will coach five program managers, set standards for schedules and phase gates, and personally own critical programs to ensure quality, cost and supply readiness.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to balance portfolio priorities and optimize resources.

Competenze

• Experience taking connected hardware products through EVT, DVT, PVT and production launch.
• Experience building or rebuilding a PMO, including phase gate processes and portfolio reporting.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers on new product launches.
• Clear, direct communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and grow a team of program managers running complex, cross-functional hardware programs.
• Set the standard for how Bevi runs NPI programs and hold the team to it.
• Own Bevi’s phase gate process with clear go/no-go decisions and tracked open items.
• Lead by example by taking on NPI programs directly when needed while building the team.
• Ensure aggressive, credible schedules, tracked weekly with risks identified and owners assigned.
• Provide status reporting to the leadership team and the Board with evidence-based updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to ensure on-time, on-quality launches.
• Manage programs involving contract manufacturers and design partners, including Asia.
• Move program information to a single system of record for consistent reporting.
