Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of GTM, Workforce to lead and expand our commercial footprint within the Workforce vertical, including HR tech platforms, staffing and background screening providers, payroll/HRIS, and enterprises hiring at scale.

The role drives new business, achieves aggressive bookings targets, and shapes GTM strategy while overseeing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure. It reports to the CRO and builds a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise or SaaS sales.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing senior GTM reps.
• Demonstrated quota achievement and revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of HR tech, staffing, and workforce risk markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Workforce vertical.
• Build and mentor a high-performing GTM team.
• Oversee full sales lifecycle from pipeline to close and post-sales handoff.
• Set and monitor revenue, bookings, and market share targets.
• Foster relationships with CHROs and HR leaders to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management to align GTM efforts.
• Provide feedback on product-market fit and influence roadmap priorities.
• Represent Socure at industry events and build brand equity.
